According to art. 13 of Community Regulation 679/2016/UE, the law approved by the European Union which regulates the protection of personal data of natural person, we would like to provide you the following information:

For any information regarding the processing of your data you can contact us at the email address Remember that this address will be exclusively dedicated to providing information about your data,  and on the measures we have taken to ensure your privacy, and that the outcome of your application will be communicated to you through other channels.

This privacy policy is addressed to all those involved in the personnel selection process. That includes those who forward to our institutional email addresses, or in any other way possible, a spontaneous application and, even more so, those who answer to the job advertisements we publish on the website. If you have completed one of the tests on our jobs page to evaluate potential candidates, this privacy policy is also addressed to you.

Through your CV we will collect some of your personal data: name and last name, email address, phone number, curricular data and information related to your work experience, your current work position.

We have no need or desire to collect sensitive data, that is all information that for example could reveal ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, political or sexual orientation, party membership and the like. The profiles you create on social networking platforms contains a lot of information, including sensitive data. Since we have no need to acquire your sensitive data, we advise and invite you to always check that the document doesn’t contain any, including personal social accounts.

The consent to the processing of your personal data is always optional. However, without your authorization we will not be able to proceed with the evaluation of your application. To allow us to include you in the selection process please send us your consent to the processing of your data by email.

The personal data we collect are processed exclusively for recruitment purposes, namely for:

  • evaluate your eligibility for the job position
  • communicate with third-parties firms involved in the personnel research
  • archiving and conservation
  • compliance with IT security obligations

Regardless of the period of retention of your data, as a candidate you are always entitled  to ask for correction, deletion or the limitation of the information you have provided to us. If you wish to receive a copy of your personal data you can ask them at any time by writing to us at

Your personal data may be disclosed to the people in charge of the company’s human resources department and other offices of the companies from time to time interested in your professional profile. Your personal data may also be disclosed to third party firms that manage employment contracts on our behalf, as well as to consultants and professionals. Nephila uses third party services, such as IT services for the correct functioning of the website and the cloud computing. Third party providers of the aforementioned services may become aware of the personal data of candidates and may process such information  on behalf of the owner as “External data processors”.

We will keep your data for the time necessary to evaluate the application and in any case for a period of time not exceeding two years. Your data will be kept in compliance with the current regulations and, in any case, in a way to guarantee theit security, privacy, prevent their disclosure and their use for purposes not covered by this information, as well their alteration. The processing of personal data will take place by archiving on paper and electronic media.

This privacy information may be updated. In case of significant changes we will notify you but remember to consult this page on a regular basis  to make sure you are aware of the latest version.
