Failure to comply with this policy will result in immediate suspension or discontinuance of the Service in accordance with the conditions of supply relating to it.

It is forbidden to employ Nephila services in order to put in place and / or promote any  illegal abusive or irresponsible behavior, including:
Unauthorized access or unauthorized use of data, systems or networks, including any attempt to probe, scan, penetrate or test the vulnerability of Nephila network systems or to violate the security of Nephila or its authentication procedures, through passive techniques and invasive ones as well, without the express written consent of Nephila, or, likewise, the conduction of these activities through the service provided by Nephila against those networks and / or information related to third parties without their explicit consent.
putting in place activities which adversely interfere with the use of the Service by any user thereof, including, but not limited to, attacks by pirate software, cracks, key generators, serials, any type of computer attacks including DOS attacks, computer viruses or other harmful components, or deliberate attempts to overload a transmission system;
The collection and use of email addresses, names or other identifiers without the consent of the person concerned (including, without limitation, spamming, phishing, internet scams, password theft, spidering);
The collection and use of information of third parties without the consent of the owner of the information;
The use of the service for the distribution of any software which fraudolently collects information about a user  or sends user information;
The hosting service can not be used to provide web space for use by other websites. The content (web pages, images, etc.) will only be used to host the data related to Internet domain corresponding to the space.

It is forbidden to publish, transmit or store on or through Nephila systems any content or links to content, which is prejudicial to regulations in the relevant jurisdiction, of the Customer or of Nephila, for whatever reason.

The customer must not use the service in a way that interferes with the normal operation of Nephila services. In such circumstances, Nephila, in its sole discretion, will request to restore the level of normalcy, if such non-compliant use is in conflict with the use of other utent.

Upon completion of the above provisions, you will not be allowed to send through Nephila  SMTP servers email messages with similar content to more than one thousand (1000) addressees. Any attempt to circumvent this limitation by creating multiple accounts or by any other means will be construed as a violation of that restriction.
Nephila reserves the right to suspend the transmission of messages that violate these rules. In addition, mail services might be terminated or suspended if any violation of this policy was detected, in accordance with the terms and conditions of supply.

Generally massive broadcasts  or transmissions of commercial information by e-mail with a volume of more than 5,000 (five thousand) users per day with an average of 250 messages every 20 minutes are not allowed.
